Condition:

There is frame abrasion along the extreme outer edges. The work is slightly dirty and there is a surface accretion to the right of the building in the sky. Under UV: While some pigments fluoresce this appears to be the artist's original work. Framed Dimensions: 25 by 21 in. (63.5 by 53.3 cm.)
